Return Policy: A refund is offered within 30 days of the purchase date. To start the return process, a call can be made to 1.855.2.ELEMIS or an email can be sent to customercare.usa@elemis.com with the order number, items to be returned, and the reason for the return. Tracking details are required once the return is made. If there are any issues with the order, the Customer Care Team must be contacted within 14 days of delivery with images of the order. Non-delivery of an order and a replacement is sent, the replacement will not be able to be returned. Refunds are processed back onto the card originally used for purchase. Postal charges incurred to deliver the item or to return the item are not refundable unless the items were wrong, faulty, damaged, or not as described on arrival. Any Tax, Customs, or Duties charges incurred at the time of delivery are not refundable. All refunds are made in US Dollars. If the payment method used to place the original order is in a different Currency to US Dollars the refund will use a variable exchange rate set at the point of refund. Orders paid with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive a store credit. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items. Returns can only be accepted for items purchased from ELEMIS.com. Products purchased from other retailers or etailers can only be returned to the original place of purchase.
Shipping Policy: Order status can be tracked by logging into the account and clicking on the Order History tab. Once the order has been shipped, tracking information is sent via email. The delivery can be tracked through either FedEx or DHL. If the order is returned to sender, or help is needed with tracking details, a call can be made to 1-855-235-3647. If orders are to be sent to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each delivery address.
